Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Germany. This means:

  • No customs fees — your package stays within the EU single market
  • No import VAT — all taxes are handled at checkout
  • Fast ground transport — no customs clearance delays

Returns & Refunds

15-Day Hassle-Free Return

You may return any item within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund — no reason required. This exceeds the standard 14-day EU right-of-withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All included accessories (sword bag, certificate, maintenance oil) must be returned
  • We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • We provide a prepaid EU return label if the item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or does not match the product description.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at our support email or through the Contact Us page within 15 days of delivery.
  2. We will email you an EU return label (prepaid for eligible cases) or provide the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  4. All returns are sent to our warehouse in Germany — no need to ship internationally.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the funds.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting support. We will ship the replacement as soon as the return is in transit.
