Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the TsiaoChih online store, operated by LONGQUAN SHI CHUANSHI GONG YI PIN COMPANY LTD., Hou Sha Road, Long Quan, Zhe Jiang, China (hereinafter "TsiaoChih", "we", "us").

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase request. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown to EU customers are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Free tracked standard shipping is provided to all EU countries supported at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

EU-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times vary by destination and are described in our Shipping & Return Policy. We currently serve EU destinations through our EU market pages.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us by email at tsiaochih@outlook.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. For eligible withdrawals within 14 days, contact us before sending the item; we provide a prepaid EU return label at no charge. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for practical return instructions.

7. Age Requirement and Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are allowed to purchase and own the item under the laws of your country or region. Customers are responsible for checking local rules before ordering.

8. Handmade Craftsmanship

Our products are handmade craft items. Minor variations in measurements, finish, color, fittings, and natural materials are part of the artisan process and do not automatically constitute a defect.

9. Warranty

Statutory consumer warranty rights apply where required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. For all other cases, our liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Consumer Dispute Resolution

The former European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Information about recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies is available from the European Commission: Consumer Redress in the EU.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
