Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the online store of LONGQUAN SHI CHUANSHI GONG YI PIN COMPANY LTD. ,Long Quan ,Zhe Jiang ,CN (hereinafter "TsiaoChih", "we", "us").
2. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Leipzig, Germany. Delivery times vary by destination as detailed in our Shipping & Return Policy. We deliver exclusively within the European Union.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email to tsiaochih@outlook.com).
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. As handcrafted items, slight variations in measurements and finish are inherent to the artisan process and do not constitute a defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to typical foreseeable damages. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
9. Age Restriction
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification before shipping.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany, insofar as permitted by law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
