When you buy from TsiaoChih as a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

How the 14-Day Period Works

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the item. If you decide to withdraw from the purchase, please contact us within this 14-day period by email or through our Contact Us page.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Where Do Returns Go?

For EU customers, eligible returns are handled through our local warehouse in Germany. This means you do not need to send the item back to Asia, making the return process more practical for European customers.

Return Conditions

The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. All included accessories, such as the sword bag, certificate, and maintenance items, should also be returned.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but we may deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and condition.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For standard withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
